US Ambassador to Kosovo Philip Costett has said that a state's security depends on quality of security relations and peaceful ties and neighbours
He has made these comments through a post in Titter, shortly before the Kosovo Assembly session begins, in which three bills are expected to transform the Kosovo Security Force into military capacities.
“Texa Parliament operates today, let us remind that a country's security depends on the quality of its security relations, peaceful and constructive relations with its neighbours, but also on the strength and professionalism of its armed forces”, Costnet has said.
On Thursday, the American ambassador named <x0-historic” the vote to transform KSF into the military.
