In Kosovo there are numerous people who exercise folk medicine, through which they say they help those who need their help. Many such cases have ended with fraud, where these people have benefited from the plight of their citizens. In the village of Hoqa City in Prizren, there is a hoja, who claims to be very helpful in having children, and a party who have visited this hoja are accusing her of fraud.
The desire of many couples to have children often moved them to look to other people besides doctors. The same is the case of the S.C. who and his wife have knocked on the door of Irfan Hoqa village of Prizren, which says that with the drugs that they prepare themselves, it enables many couples to have children.
But S.C. is accusing this hodge of deceiving them and of having no effect on his drug, which cost them 600 euros.
Two months ago I was in a village near Prizren, in Irfan hoja. I went because I was interested because we haven't had a baby in eight years.
At the same time, he shows that he has gone to Hoja with doubts, saying that he does not have much faith in such things, and he even claims to have told Hoja himself, who had guaranteed that 100 percent would result.
And when I got there, the hoja said she prepared that drug and didn't give that recipe to anyone. After I told him that eight years of marriage is still coming, I haven't been here for this job, although I don't believe so much of this stuff and I'm not making it up to me that I'm successful in this drug of yours. He told me to guarantee 100 percent of what I had to do with children, how to use this drug, you'll see success within two months of therapy. He finally took 600 euros for that drug”, says S.C.

Hoxha Irfan said S.C. claims are not true and that he doesn't cheat anyone.
No, no, no, no. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
S.C. said he wanted to report the case to the police, but his family didn't let him do it.
And such cases in our country have yet to exist and continue to exist, where people who claim to be able to help others are exercising the profession of popular doctors despite the fact that by law such a thing is not permitted, since there is no such law in Kosovo that allows them to exercise office.
