Arab Energy Minister Khalid al-Fashih after the gathering of the Oil Exporting Countries Organisation has said the production could be reduced for a million powers a day.
“We must do everything to balance market” said Minster Khalid.
The organisation's upcoming meeting, to be held on December 6th, should be expected for a final decision.
