In his reaction, Mustafa has cited the stance of the AKP's Board of Directors, who had said the AKP is neither government nor political agency, but the Parliament institution.
Mustafa even made fun of them, lest they're afraid they're taxing them.

The AKP Board of Directors chose for managing director of the Privatisation Agency, the AAK organising secretary.
When I reacted at the end of October to the dismissal of the former AKP director and the resignation of the Board's chairman, with a long pronomination of the AKP Board of Directors, on October 30th 2018, he reacted sharply with more lectures, among other than “pra, The AKP is not a government agency or a political one, but is an institution of the Parliament, monitored by the Parliament and reported to the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo”. Well done!
Now I ask the board members, didn't you have a candidate other than the organising secretary in the AAK for manager. Did you, you, “of the independent institution” have to fire the previous director without passing mandates to elect the former AAK official? Do you still feel like you're independent as an institution, or are you cowered for fear that you're being taxed.
I also ask the Parliament, why are you allowing its agencies to be politicised and seized by direct party interests?
Such actions I consider to be harmful, they are made for the customer interests of the Government and AAK, the price of which the state of Kosovo and the citizens of Kosovo pay.
