This has been true of Allyn Pierce, a California nurse who spared nothing during the fires of the State to save as many people as threatened by flames as possible.
He and his colleagues stayed at the hospital that was being swept away and saved the patients there. Pierce broke through the flames in his car and then posted photos of the boiling car.
