Haradinaj calls deportation procedure of Turkish citizens hasty

Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has today answered all the questions of MPs from the Constitutional Commission regarding the lighting of the case for the expulsion of six Turkish citizens has not ruled out the possibility that their deportation has occurred as a result of an external demand for AKI. However, the executive head does not even have [...]
However, the executive leader has not even claimed that this has happened. While adding that the process of deportation of Turkish citizens was hasty and with concessions, since it has not been announced on such a complicated issue as it calls it.
Although it was 11 o'clock that was scheduled for an interview, Haradinaj had to wait in front of the commission hall for nearly 10 minutes, until the members of this commission agreed on the agenda, or the postponement of President Hashim Thaci's interview.
Haradinaj has also indicated his remarks about the process of deportation of Turkish citizens.
“does not rule out the possibility of a request from the Turkish side, or of continuing an existing partnership in this case. So I can't confirm, but I don't rule this out. It's beautifully assumed as far as I know, how intelligence agencies develop. What I'm saying is that there's been an investigation of the procedure. This procedure could have gone through its stages and maybe we'd be okay today, and lack of information for me. These two have made me hard. I have not found any other defects in this” process, Haradinaj stressed.
The executive head has been thanked by MPs for his presence and answers, regardless of the political subject they belonged to.
He has detailed how he has been informed of the deportation of six Turkish citizens.
The date is March 29th, the meeting of the Government, which I chaired, and during the development of this meeting, I received a call from a foreign official, from a diplomat, the name I didn't follow, who asked me about the topic in question, and then I listed all other information, the chronology of actions, the almost possible majors we've taken... So the first time I've received the call and the announcement, as I know they've left Kosovo 10:50, and I've got the information between 11 and 12,”, he said.
Before the Parliamentary Investigative Commission for the expulsion of “gylenists”, Haradinaj has responded to Vetevendosje MP Sami Kurteshi, in question of why he fired the AKI director and the Minister of Internal Affairs until there has been a judicial decision to that, where he said the non-information of those who have appointed them to their respective positions.
I've literally beaten the Shpend Maxhune, except for political will, discretion. On the legal basis, actions that have taken place have been hard on the police director. Because if you take what we've got, and you see the lines of communication and the themes that have happened, it's the existing protocol, in which he has been entrusted to continue... When AKI has indicated something, it is binding on implementation”, he said.
The first of the execution has even commented on the support that President Hashim Thaci has received for these dismissals.
My “My action has been of my share, therefore, has met with support even from the president, so it has been my act, of part of the prime minister's responsibility, we have not had a preliminary agreement on the dismissal of Mr Gashi”, Haradinaj has declared.
Haradinaj also received a question from MP Driton Selmanaj if President Thaci has been aware of this development.
Have you received information that the president of the country was informed about the matter? Or you were the only person instead of not knowing about this case”, he asked.
At this point, Haradinaj said the practice of information is institutional.
If any information is thought to be of the level of importance that should be first, it should come to at least those who have the appointment - in this case the president and prime minister. This is mandatory. I assume that if I didn't get it, the president may not even have taken it... I've asked both of them questions about which institutional officials were aware, but they haven't given me a certain name. I was told we did it in”, Haradinaj said.
In addition, the executive head said they have created a decision-making mechanism for these cases, part of which are several institutions, which, according to him, such a commission will not allow an individual action like this one of the deportation of six Turkish citizens to occur in the future.
He said they have also received the Allies' permission to establish this mechanism, which has also been welcomed by them.
We've created any protocols since there's national security characters, to be set up on tables, not to put only one man, because a person can do wrong. It's in the discretion, like I could do wrong. The table has been created, "5+%," he said, as he added that the commission remains permanent”, Haradinaj said.
LDK MP Driton Selmanaj has asked Haradinaj if there has been any requests for closing Turkish schools, such as “Mehmet Akif”, while the prime minister has responded that no one has asked him so far.
He has also asked Haradinaj if the justice minister has informed him that in February there has been a request for the extradition of two persons.
Here, the prime minister has said that not all these demands reach him, adding that until his desk, there are demands when there is a major issue.
While MP Ganimete Musliu said a presedan has been created with itself the fact that interviewing an investigative commission is being done openly. While stinging MP colleagues for questions posed today for the prime minister until there were no questions.
You're very stable in your confessions, because from the day the event happened so far, you've always been in the control of statements, today I believe we can't get anything more from what you've said in a continuous and publicly stated. I am very confident that when you get out of this commission, you're more consistent with having the easiest questions from MPs than by journalists”, Musliu said.
Otherwise, after the arrest of Turkish citizens, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj had fired Interior Affairs Minister Flamur Sefaj and AKI Director Driton Gashi from office.
