Archile Decka, head of the Dropul municipality, says: “is a shock. It's a bitter moment. There's never been anything like this in our municipality. There was a boy who lived in Greece. About 10:00 on Sunday, when the Bularat of Dropul would hold annual celebrations commemorating the Italian-Greek war falls, he terrorised the village. We were prepared for the party. We didn't understand why this happened, but it was horrible. Lucky no one was killed. I heard he told the men in the cafe yard: “get inside”, that's all. We know him for a nice, quiet guy. I can't believe he did this”, says another.
For several hours Kacifa fled to the depths of the village, local police bars I also came to the aid of Renea forces from Tirana, which located him on the mountain's surface on the village's water depot of Bularat.
