Trump visits the synagogue where 11 people were killed, protests erupt

Keeping slogans reading “The President hates, away from our country! ” and “Trump, renounced white nationalism now”, protesters were gathered near the synagogue “Life Tree”, where Saturday's massacre occurred.
Trump, accompanied by Melanie's wife, as well as his daughter Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kouchner, with the latter being Jewish, was there to light a candle for each of the 11 victims killed during the service called “Shabbat”
His contractary visit comes after mourners gathered in nearby synagogues and joined processions on the street at the first funerals for some of the victims of the deadliest antisemitic attack in modern history of the United States, Top Channel writes.
The service for the Cecil brothers and David Rosenthal, both of them in their 50s, was the first in honor of those who were killed, in that which was a crime of hatred. Ministers for 66-year-old Dr. Jerry Rabinowitz and 71-year-old Daniel Stein followed further to Pittsburgh, where dozens of residents protested against Trump's visit.
Suspect Robert Bowers faces more than 20 counts related to the bloodshed at “The tree of life”. The 46-year-old reportedly told the police, after being captured, that “simply wanted to kill Jews”, while claiming through social media that the Jews were helping to move refugee convoys from Central America to the United States, calling immigrants “possessive “ ”.
