“Gjoba against physical persons for failing to rise during the intoning of Montenegro's anthem will be between 300 and 2,000 euros”, Culture Minister Aleksandar Bogdanovic said after the Government session.
The new legal solution envisions the obligation of municipalities and public institutions, whose founder is the state or municipality to emphasise the national flag.
