Russian military navy is planning this week to test missiles in international waters near the coast of Norway as the Atlantic Alliance is conducting its largest military exercises since the Cold War in Scandinavian states.
Avinor Company spokesman, who manages the airport and air navigation system, has said Russia has announced this firm with the so-called message. NOTAM on possible airline risks.
