MP Ramiz Kelmendi's court hearing for power theft has failed to hold again. This time, as a result of the absence of the prosecutor of the case, Shazen Ibrahimi.
Keeping the trial hearing because accused Ramiz Kelmendi had not been submitted to the Court for reasons of poor health.
According to this indictment, Kelmendi aimed at misappropriating the playable foreign items so that he can only bring illegal property benefits from unproven date until June 30th 2011, the company “Elkos”, in Fushe-Kosovo, which is his property, has been caused to damage KEK's worth 22.801.19 euros.
That, according to the Prosecution, during a raid on the “Elkos” company by KEK workers, has noted that Kelmendi, with the intention of stealing, used electricity unauthorizedly.
The indictment further explains that up to this conclusion by KEK workers has come after two transformators of the current have been found that have been out of measure, while one component was cut off from connection.
As a result, the prosecution claims that through these actions two thirds (2/3) of electricity had not been registered, with cases even accusing Kelmendi of criminal theft.
