Bahtiri had confirmed that she was given an official invitation only because the management response is expected.
Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli has said that representatives of his team and Shakira's management are still in talks on the concert issue.
Its free return is a wish expressed by Chairman Bahtiri, but I don't believe it can happen, because everything has its own cost. However, we are willing to, in co-operation with donors, fulfill every economic aspect, to enable its arrival to Kosovo”, Pacolli said.
Pacolli has even expressed himself willing to offer his private jet as he did for Duane and Rita.
Even if it is the singer who decides to come free of charge, there are plenty of expenses to cover her management, counting here the orchestra and all the necessary staff. The trip, meanwhile, is not much of a problem, since both Duane and Rita, I'm willing to offer our flight on my private plane”, Pacolli stressed.
