Among them, except for women, there are men who experienced sexual violence during the war in Kosovo.
The director of the Kosovar Centre for the rehabilitation of Torture Survivors Feride Rushiti, says they have already launched a co-operation with the War Crimes Police and the Prosecutor to address these cases.
Rushiti says there are thousands of evidence taken from the mission UNMIK, but that still does not have access to Kosovo's justice institutions.
And until the time these events took place... UNMIK and Then Is EULEX, where the victims were interviewed in their settlements were exposed and after the interview, their psychic situation deteriorated, the way they interviewed them has already changed.
On the other hand, the Kosovo Special Prosecutor has provided no answer as far as the investigations have gone and are expected to soon have any charges on these cases.
It has been four days since “Kohavision” has sought answers from Kosovo Special Prosecutor Drita Hajdari, who is handling these cases, respectively.
But despite the fact that Hajdari had originally promised, she has not answered KTV questions.
So far there are no persons in Kosovo who have been convicted of sexual violations that occurred during the war in Kosovo, until it is considered that hundreds of women and girls were violated during this period.
The last case is Vasfije Krasniqi-Goodamn, in which, despite the evidence and evidence offered, the Supreme Court made the decision that the two Serbs charged with rape would be acquitted.
