“The AKP Director's Board, based on its competencies under Article 15 and Article 16 of the Law for the Kosovo Privatisation Agency, by 7 votes” for” and 1 vote “against” has decided on Mr. Ekrem Hajdari from the position of manager of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency”, the AKP's announcement said.
They also said that until the appointment of the new managing director on the part of the Board, the Agency will have no legal vacuum, since this issue is regulated according to the Constitutional Act of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency adopted by the Board of Directors in June 2017.
