Police officials deny receiving 10 euros in bribes from a driver

Police official Hadzi Vojvoda responding to questions from his lawyer Ramiz Krasniqi denied having asked and received 10 euros from the vehicle driver.

He said that the “Ford” car had stopped to warn the driver not to drive fast due to climate conditions.

In her final address, the case prosecutor, Duline Hamiti, said the guilt of the accused has been proven and demanded that the same be found guilty.

The defender of accused Hadzi Vojvoda, lawyer Ramiz Krasniqi, demanded the tribunal's release from his defence charges.

No one can be found guilty based on hostile witnesses. No material evidence is found on paper that proves that my protector is the performer of the cited works, and on this basis I propose that the Court release the same from charges“, said lawyer Krasniqi.

Same as Krasniqi, the release from the prosecution for his defense was sought by lawyer Faik Morina.
