Nol Niushi, assemblyist of The PSD in Pristina's Municipal Assembly has made serious accusations against the Vetevendosje Movement in the capital, which follows co-government with President Shpend Ahmeti, Periscopi reports.
Niushi writes that directorates led by Vetevendosje have spent small budget sums planned for the 9 months of this year, with the Directorate of Culture that has spent only 1.1.8% and with the Health Directorate, which has spent only 11.14%.
