In the joint statement after the summit, Turkey's President, Recep Tayip Erdogan, Russia's president, Vladimir Putin, France's president, Emmanuel Macron and Germany's Chancellor Angela Merkel have expressed common concerns about the dangers the crisis poses in Syria for regional and global stability and security.
Leaders have confirmed the dedication of Syria's sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity, as well as the principles and goals of the UN Charter, the final joint declaration said.

Also expressed determination to reject all separatist agendas aimed at damaging the national security of neighbouring countries, Syria's sovereignty and territorial integrity”, the statement noted.
