Ismail Kadare, the renowned Albanian writer, is being brought down in Albanian television studios promoting his disinclination in Enver Hoxha's monstrous system distinguished for the cruel crimes he committed against Albanians.
However, one of dozens or hundreds of evidence that Kadare was actually close and dictator Hoxha's fan was posted by a human rights activist on the social Facebook network.
See the magnificent words Kadare uses, even after Enver Hoxha's death, repeatedly referring to him with a large letter.
With deep general pain over the loss of the Leader melts the pain of writers, artists, all of our creators. As the poetic word says, This April has experienced what hundreds more will experience. It is the tongue that has formed the absence of the One who has been present forever and ever. Unprecedented are the writer's pen and the sculptor's marble. He is unprepared, all of our thinking.
Being the identify and architect of new Albania, Enver Hoxha is also the same for our sciences, arts and literature. His broad mind of ideologist, philosopher of inexhaustible darkness, has been one of the main factors in determining the size of the new Albanian arts and literature, the size of which would then be conditioned for the stature and height of the entire building.
And so under His teachings came one of the greatest achievements of the age: in the land of millennium culture, in forty years of the socialist era our literature and arts achieved the greatest and most intense development ever seen in the history of the Albanian civilization.
He was a great friend of writers and artists with whom he was joined. Being the creator of the Albanian Party, the modern state, all the leverages and mechanisms of the socialism system, he was at the same time the creator of philosophical-literical works of a rare value and beauty. He knew literature as nobody else, the classic and the new, the Albanian and the world, from ancient gems to the most modern works. We rejoiced to read so much, but we also had an understanding: He might read it, say to himself, whenever we sat down to write something, and thought naturally required depth, accuracy, and weight.
Those writers and artists who have had the chance to get to know him and talk to him have him unremembered in memory, passionate power, depth, polyederism, intimate warmth, and at the same time the monument of His word. Her last example was the memorable greeting he sent to the people of the entire Albanian nation several months ago on the 40th anniversary of the liberation. Now in the background of His pain and loss, she greets us like His farewell word.
But she's going to have a nice, bad night with Enver Hoxha. The people in his ballads, the pen of writers, the pentagrams of music, the marble in the studios of sculptors, will willingly aim at the appearance, the image, his thoughts, to bring him back to us, just as he has always been, as it is said of the immortals: more alive than all living. ”
