But, according to financial analyst Iron Murati, the total budget amount has been reached by the non-exploitation of the means set apart for 2017.
As for the increase in revenues from ATK and the reduction in customs revenues, they say it is a good sign for economic development.
And, in addition to increasing wage spending, as has been done in the past years, most of the budget will be destined for goods and services.
Even for this budget category, it has grown for 71m euros.
According to Finance Ministry officials, increasing the spending of this category has not affected the increasing number of workers.
Lucs for cars and furniture again will not stop, as thousands of euros will go towards this category.
Even 300 thousand euros have been earmarked for car purchases for all embassies, another 100,000 for MPJ, 81 grand for UP, 24 thousand for Gjakova.
And again, there will be investments in change of energy in some institutions.
For economic areas, which were estimated to have no economic impact, the government has allocated nothing less than 2 million and 400 thousand euros.
A spending of millions of euros will go towards maintenance of regional highways and roads.
Even the Morine-Merdare highway, which was the prey to multiple thefts, is expected to be lit at 700 thousand euros.
The law for Pristina and the law for Obilic will consume the state budget in a total of 15m euros.
