(8 years ago)The Energy Regulatory Office has decided since November 1st that industrial, commercial and public lighting consumers have been lowered the price of energy by 5 percent, while for household consumers, the price remains the same. These fees by Z The RRE, are the result of the Maxable Entrance (HLM) approved for the Transmitting/Treg operators (KOSTT), distribution (KEDS) and Universal Service Supply Operator (KESCO), as well as reflect the cost of service provided to relevant tax groups.
The established “Tariphats will apply to the tarfort Structural set in March 2017, under which only high and low tariffs (day-night) --” are applied to all final consumers, the statement says.
This Tarifore Structure is aimed at encouraging consumers to shift a portion of the consumption from the peak (day) to the outside of the pit (night) time when cargo in the system is lower. From October 1st to March 31st, the high rate will be applied from 7: 00 p.m. While 1 April to 30 September the high rate will be applied from 0800H 23:00h, while the low fee will be applied from 23:00h 8:00h”, it is further said.
Also at this meeting, the Board has approved changes and complements of the Market Rules, amendments to the Market Liberalisation Guide, amendment of the Agreement on Warming Supply, linked between the Kosovo Energy Corporation and “Termokos”, and has reviewed a number of consumer complaints, as well as other issues of Energy Regulatory Management.
