One day after Wessel described young ones who work, the minister The PDK says it's being disturbed by their flight

Finance Minister Bedri Hamza is on an official visit to Macedonia, where at the invitation of Macedonian Finance Minister Dragan Tevdovski and World Bank Vice President Cyril Mueller, is participating in the regional meeting of finance ministers, with the “Science of Economic Development through human capital development in Western Balkan countries” [...]
The opening of this meeting made Macedonia's Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, who described the overall investment situation in the Republic of Macedonia in human capital, stressing that “is very important that all Balkan states indiscriminately invest in human capital for a more sustainable economic development in this Balkan region”.
While, Republika Kosovo Finance Minister Bedri Hamza stressed that in Kosovo in the past two years, growth of the budget has concentrated on investments in education, health and social affairs.
Hamza also added that in the future stages of policymaking, the focus must be on investing in knowledge, that is, human capital, and strengthening social institutions. According to Hamza, we can best do this through results-oriented policymaking, which, even though it will be harder to measure, can address our developmental challenges more directly.
The economic growth of our countries over the past few years has been very encouraging, but since we have a fundamental difference with the countries of the European Union, where we all aim to be, we have to change our model of economic growth, to enable a shift, however, considerable threat in proportion to the current” growth, Hamza added.
He also disclosed that Kosovo in its highest strategic document, which is “The National Development Strategy” has listed the development of human capital as the main pillar of this strategy.
At this meeting, Hamza singled out another phenomenon that all countries in the region are facing, which he says is the flight of young people from our countries.
“We need to invest in developing the private sector so that it can be a host of economic development and this sector motivate young people and new employment, and not be seen as the public sector's only option for employment. We've made progress but we still have work ahead of us to deepen this” development has added Hamza.
