State police report that because of the risk they pose, these violations were under surveillance by Tirana's Road Police, during late hours of Thursday till the early morning hours of Saturday, as well as during yesterday's evening hours and until 05am this morning.
Alternative controls in both urban and interurban areas of the capital have been found violations and measures followed as follows: They have been arrested in conditions of flagranca 13 persons, of whom 12 for direction the drunk vehicle and 1 for active corruption against those exercising public office, have suspended 34 driving permits under the influence of alcohol, 32 access to speed permits have been suspended.
