He has said the Kosovo Assembly should adopt a resolution saying that “Hashim Thaci is barred from participating in negotiations with Serbia”.
Konjufca has said that President Thaci is violating the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo.
“is not entirely a problem in the matter that the president has opened an unacceptable topic. The problem goes beyond that. It is not only that the president has opened a shocking topic, but it is about a debauched Republic of Kosovo and constitutional order. By constitution, Kosovo has three powers, but the president is not the fourth”, Konjufca said, Periscopi reports.
Konjufca said Kosovo has won the final battle with Serbia in 2008, when it declared independence. According to him, anyone who opens another finale with Serbia is doing it a favour.
Kosovo won “in 2008, and Serbia is anchored at the International Court of Justice. The court has granted justice to the Kosovo court. Kosovo's final with Serbia has ended here. This is where the main fight ends. What he says is going to play another final and the result is unknown, and he says there are no red lines, he has caused the biggest damage to Kosovo. And he's the president. The president thinks everything is negotiable. A leader's biggest mistake is when he disputes his citizenship with his mouth. This is a huge favour for Serbia”, Konjufca said. /Periscopi/
