The Pec Prosecutor's Act accuses the defendant that he deliberately deprived the two Berisha brothers of his life.
As it says in the indictment, crime has been committed as a result of cutting the forest of defendants from the victims.
The accusation tells in detail the tragic event. It reportedly that the two victims along with their friend Jethlir Gashi had set sail with horses in the forest to cut wood.
“After parked the wagons by the side of the road and were thrown into the forest to cut wood, after a few moments the victims of Edsim were calling: “Who are you”? and at that moment the defendant Binak from the automatic gun shot three times and then striking the Rafal 11 times, thus deprived them of the life now felt”, the indictment says.
After the act, the accused reportedly had removed the bodies of the deceased by pulling approximately 61m from the scene, moving them to some land without a owner.
At the last session, the mother of the two victims, Ramiz and Arsim Berisha, asked the Peja Court to expel the judge of the case and to judge a woman judge.
Her request was denied by the head of the Peja Court.
Binak Panja has been declared innocent in connection with the murder of two Berisha brothers.
“I'm innocent of the charges I'm charged with”, the Panja accused said at the Pec Court. /Call. com
