15 remarks about violations and irregularities given to the Ministry of Education

Education Minister Shyqi has received a series of remarks from the United Education and Science Union in Kosovo. 15 remarks were launched at the address of Minister Bytyqi, where, among other things, the union is concerned even with the fact that the minister is not willing to have meetings with SBSF representatives, writes Periscopi.

These remarks have been written to the Ministry of Education, during a meeting the SBASK's representatives had last week with Minister Bytyqi and Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Limaj.

Here are all” remarks

1. The lack of meetings with the Directors of Education, part of which the meetings were also SBASK and were once held every month to debate all actual issues. Such meetings have not been held for months.
2. The absence of the Minister's readiness for meetings with us, even though we have repeatedly submitted papers with a request to meet.
3. It has never been protected in the Parliamentary Commission for Education by the Minister of Law for the status of Albanian Education Workers of the Republic of Kosovo for the 1990s. Even at meetings of this commission when it has been debated on this bill, there has been no one from August, and a member of this Commission by NISMA has felt bad when others have raised the question of why August is missing.
4. The wage law - listing 85 % of employees in education lower than of leaders' drivers. The minister has not made any particular commitment to improving this degrading ranking and for educational workers to be in a merity country.
5. The Advisering Commission for Pre-university Education and Professional Education doesn't work. (both these pre-law commissions.
6. Minister's Strong and Public Support to Network O THE RK, which leads Rron Djindjic, a weak student who has not finished the faculty, according to our information, and is given the strength and space to criticize academic staff and his entire university and opinion is empowered by the minister. 10. We ask the minister to respect the personality of the teacher and protect them in public and from repeated attacks on their image and personality. If this is to be criticized, let the minister do it at meetings with them and with the directors.
11. We ask that the minister be in constant communication with people who are engaged in the education process, not to be based on practices of other states, because the <x0 ...roves waiting for us and stitching others do not fall upon us.
12. Ministers in your mandate are closing schools that have not happened so far. It is good for you to mobilize teachers with enthusiastic words of increased commitment, not pressure on them.
13. In terms of Administrative Guide 10/2018, there has not been a start in preparations for those employed in education with a total of 180 loans, which have once been accepted in a regular manner at work, it has been enabled to professionally get away from work and in an organized manner.
14. Training- We are organizing training by means of our own, even though we have a modest budget so that we can help teachers meet the 100 hours required for career licenses.
