Protected Witness of the Special Prosecutor, Shkumbin Mehmeti, admits he was a member of a criminal group that has committed numerous post-war crimes, including political killings for the purposes of its founders, Klan Kosova reports.

A group target was member PDK, Xhavit Haliti.

This, according to Mehmet, was meant to be executed because of the “birth wishernames” fund, but also because of the Albanian murder of a major KLA fighter.
