Former OSCE Ambassador to Kosovo William Walker has given a speech at the memorial academy on the 19th anniversary of the Recak massacre.
Walker's speech said he was on every anniversary when he was given the chance to pay tribute in Recak, but that he's only been there for three years, Kosovo leaders report.
Walker, next on a flower he received today as a gift in Recak from a little girl, has given to President Thaci with the order to keep it in his office as a reminder of Recak's victims.
“A little girl, niece or niece, perhaps of one of Recak's victims, gave me this flower, which I want to give to the president, Hashim Thaci”.
Keep it somewhere in a book in your office to remind the victims of Recak”, Walker has indicated.
