Meanwhile on the other side yesterday at the Kosovo Government meeting, Prime Minister Haradinaj has informed the government cabinet of the Kosovo dialogue process with Serbia, and has proposed that the Kosovo delegation's chief be appointed for negotiations with Serbia.
The government has approved the prime minister's proposal that Avni Arifi be chief of the Kosovo delegation in these talks with Brussels' mediation.
