The second session of the 9th legislature began today. Parliament Speaker Gramoz Ruci said Albanians have high expectations pending opening negotiations.
“over this season is expected to adopt K LP, KLG and electoral reform. Encourage all groupings to contribute to the adoption of these acts”, Gramoz Ruci said.
Meanwhile, the first to take issue was LSI parliamentary group chairman Petrit Vasili, who said MPs have returned to a hall that has been left with a bitter taste.
“Returnhehm into a hall that we left with a very bitter taste. The Constitution was violated at the latest session of this Assembly. The majority's capture of justice for some files threatening”, Vasili said.
Meanwhile, Taulant Balla, as he referred to the last session in the Assembly, indicated that the opposition offers a vision of violence that has nothing in common with Europe we want to participate in.
“Today the assembly begins its second session of the legislature, but last year's closing session was the most shameful antiparliamentaryism show, which allows me to say, the opposition left the bill to pay to the Albanian people. This is not the first time that, with its actions, what is tasked with providing a vision different from making the state, provides a vision of violence that has nothing in common with Europe where we want to become part. Albania is closer today than ever to the opening of negotiations, which would take an age-old step in Albania's history. Neither the mud nor the smoke nor the despair of this opposition, which has been guided for two years by fear of reform in justice. We all remember how on December 18th co-ordinated inside and outside the opposition attempted to accidentally block this reform at the very legal moment of the provisional prosecutor's appointment. Why did the US and the EU support the process, why were they the first to react by supporting the decision-making of the Parliament immediately that day? Why did they congratulate the Parliament on moving ahead of the reform process in justice, while anyone else here is known for the meaningful reasons it has to counter reform in justice does not use constitutional mechanisms”, Taulant Balla said.
In his speech at today's Parliamentary Day session, DP leader Lulzim Basha said that the majority violated the Constitution on December 18th to protect the key “counterweight”.
We'll be back in a month to the crime scene. The crime-captained majority committed constitutional crime, seized the prosecution, and since December 18th, columns of democracy have been hidden. This constitutional crime was warned by the opposition because the path initiated by the prime minister is the alliance's path with crime to take and retain power. The only way to ensure the invulnerability of criminals is to apprehend the law, the only way is to capture the state before it's destroyed. Immediately after this act, Tahiri was lifted from the austerity of stopping abroad. Orest Sota was released, on the other hand, attempts are being made to stop investigations at Vangush Dakos' address and Qazim Saydin and his clan. Mark Frockk and members of the “Xibraca” reduced your sentence in a relaxed manner and other drug trafficking issues have taken strong pledges to close their case”, Basha said. /Top Channel/
