Mehmeti has talked about the activity of a group of people, who he has said committed some of the most serious post-war criminal cases, including political killings.
Mehmet, who has said he was a member of this group, along with the Kelmendi Brothers, has said the Kelmends have ordered the murder of LDK MP, Smail Hajdaraj, and Tahir Zemaj.
He said that the Kelmends have driven Florim Ejupin on duty for the murder of Xhavit Halit, deputy PDK's dead, but the plan for his murder is stuck.
Mehmeti has also said that the LDK's murder of activities, Xhemail Mustafa, was done by Agron Sylejmani's hand.
The Witness also mentioned both involved in the post-war killings and Lahi Brahimaj's brother, the former Assembly President of the AAKA.
He mentioned police Fadil Sylevic as involved in many murders.
Although it is initially thought that Mehmet will speak in disguise, he has demanded that he do so in voice and face without hiding.
