Sentenced to prison the person who had been propagand for I SIS

Kreshnik Podvorica accused of propaganda in connection with organisation I The SIS has been sentenced by the Constitutional Court in Pristina to 6 months in prison.

Podgorica was arrested in December 2017. Callo.com had provided a special prosecution document describing his actions.

After acknowledging guilt, Judge Naser Foniqi pronounced the case and sentenced him to six months in prison.

But in order for the accused to be given one more case, Judge Foniqi said that with his consent, the prison sentence could be turned into a job warrant for the general benefit of 200 hours that should be completed within six months.

To this sentence came after the accused was very cooperative with justice organs, the fact that the level of his schooling makes sense to her that he was unaware that he committed criminal acts, and that there is no criminal record.

Similarly, initial sessions were held where shortly after reading the indictment, Podvorica pleaded guilty and expressed regret over his actions.

Yeah, I feel guilty, I just did the pass, I just didn't have a bad intention of my country, except I did, I didn't have what I did, I stayed on the Internet. I don't mind the day it comes down here and these actions are illegal. I apologize for this case, I promise I will no longer repeat such actions”, Podvorica said at the courtroom.

This guilty admission was acknowledged by the case's special prosecutor, Africa Shefkiu.

According to the indictment, Podgorica during 2017 consistently via social network “Facebook” from his account, Abu Zyd El Kosovi, through posting visual audio footage and photogregation has made propaganda about organisation I SIS, openly supporting their terrorist actions such as the latest terrorist attacks on the world as well as the creation of the Islamic state and since November 4th 2017 in its “account Facebook” has distributed threatening photos in which a blood-painted tire was displayed in which bloody traces were left with the words “Walk toward them mercilessly”.

With this, the prosecution charges the union or participation in the military or foreign police, in paramilitary or pre-police foreign formations, in group organisation or individually outside the terrorist of the Republic of Kosovo in opposition to the law to prevent the joining of armed confiscators outside the country's territory.
