The first hundred days of government, Rama 2ʹ, also coincide with implementation of the unique platform for co-governance with citizens.
Albanian.com releases the first balance report and application indicators of co-governance platform “Albania, which we need”, for the two-month period of October 6, December 2017.
An important indicator reflected in the report is the number of citizens' complaints according to the ministries of the line. Through a special window on the platform, hundreds of citizens, in the two months' arch, have expressed their critical stance regarding reforms, projects and issues of current governance, in order to fight together with the government the abuse of state structures or individual officials.
This indicator could also be based on Prime Minister Edi Rama to undertake more radical and emergency reforms, in the most problematic sectors, reflected in the report.
Ankesat
According to the two-month implementation report on co-government platform “Albania, which we want”, the largest number of recorded complaints are for the Justice Ministry, headed by Etilda Gjonaj, followed by the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth, headed by Lindita Nikola.
For the Ministry of Justice and the bodies depending on it, 255 complaints have been recorded, of which 133 complaints have been addressed, while 122 are under way. Apparently, complaints mainly refer to property registration and legalisation offices, sectors that are depending on the ministry.
For the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth, as well as for sectors depending on it, 150 complaints have been recorded, of which 116 have been addressed, while 34 are under way. According to the first report of co-governance with citizens, Defence Minister Olta Xhacka results in the most successful, in terms of treatment, but also with the reduced number of complaints. A total of 17 complaints have been recorded for the Ministry of Defence and the bodies depending on it, where 16 have been resolved.
Meanwhile, for the Ministry of State for Diaspora, head of Pandeli Majon, there is no complaint, perhaps because this minister has just been created. Meanwhile, ministries with fewer complaints are the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, head of Ditmir Busat with five complaints and the Ministry for Culture with 8 complaints.
On the other hand, the prime minister has turned to a large number of citizens to solve their problems with administration and organs depending on it. According to the report, the prime minister has addressed and resolved 158 complaints, while 59 complaints are under consideration.
