Rama has said that former Kosovo Customs Director Lulzim Rafuna has helped the Albanian state as a special adviser now to overcome Kosovo in this area.
He has said that Kosovo knew its value, according to the principle “there is a prophet in his state”.
I can confirm that we are now ahead of Kosovo. We were behind Kosovo, and now it's a healthy competition. Now we can negotiate with the Government of Kosovo a consultation to offer in this process, including tracking traffic that Kosovo does not have to advise to offer in this system”, the Albanian prime minister has declared.
These comments, Rama made during his visit to the premises of the Customs General Directorate, where a series of changes have been made through which physical contact between entrepreneurs and customs officers has been eliminated.
