Since the early hours of the morning, a large mobilization of the Kosovo Police has been seen along the streets of the capital, which already appears to be dead, writes Periscopi.
The municipality in co-operation with the Ministry of Environment two days ago decided to take such a move because of the polluted air that has recently reigned in Pristina.
