Finance Minister Bedri Hamza has announced that the salaries were distributed hours ago, but they have not been raised.
“Pages were distributed several hours ago. They have emerged without growth -- that is, it has not been taken on the basis of Prime Minister Haradinaj's decision to grow. That decision is in the Court and must be expected until the last blame is rendered. The only change in wages now is the 4 percent increase, which has become the law-based increase”, Hamza told Express.
Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has made the decision today to put his salary on hold due to the Anti-Corruption Agency's decision, which I appreciate unstable and politically influenced.
So far the prime minister's salary has been around 1,500 euros, while from now on it will be 2,950 euros.
In addition, with Haradinaj's decision, the deputy prime minister's salary will now be 2,500 euros, while ministers of 2,000 euros.
