For eight years of work in EULEX, former institution official Fatime Busolli says she has encountered and reported major abuses.
But reporting these injustices, she says, cost them mistreatment and discrimination by prosecutor Nita Amin.
She had charged the latter with a host of violations as disappearing evidence and inadequate treatment of cases such as the case against the top accused of orchestrating March 2008 riots. Milan Ivanovic and police murder case Enver Zymber.
In all cases where Nita Amin was involved all the cases have gone wrong. Not one case has been handled properly. ”, Busolli told Kosovo public television.
Buzolli has also accused British prosecutor Alexandra Spiric of having his hands on the flow of some important information.
