The North Korean news agency has said military tensions were the key “obstacle to improving interstate ties, reports “Sky News”, report Periscope.


North Korean media added that joint military exercises with “external forces” were not useful when better relations between North Korea and South Korea were sought.
The two states will march under a flag during the opening of the Olympic Games to be held in South Korea./Periscopi/
