Hoxha has invited the institutions responsible to act on completing this process, even stressing “le to enable our citizens free movement during 2018! Be the year 2018, year of free movement for Kosovo”.
Minister Hoxha's full position on the social network:
“Potation of the remaining condition for visa liberalisation, ratification of the Demarket Agreement with Montenegro, I have asked since the first interviews as European Integration Minister as necessary.
I invite all parliamentary political forces, international friends and executive institutions of our country, indiscriminately, to engage in the successful completion of this process. Days are going on as any delay enables us to liberalise visas during 2018.
I invite and beg all institutions to complete this process and enable citizens to move freely. Our citizens do not deserve isolation, much less when such isolation comes due to a lack of internal consensus.
The demarcation remains the condition for opening other processes that lead our country on the road to the finalisation of free movement and other integration processes.
Let's defeat our citizens' free movement during 2018! May it be 2018, year of free movement for Kosovo! ”
