Minister of Education, Science and Technology Shyqiri Bytyqi has signed the 01-2018 Administrative Guide for the Principles of the recognition of international platforms and magazines with recession.
The goal of this Administrative Guide, according to the August report, is to regulate the principles and recognition of international platforms and magazines with recession.
This regulation has become an apple of contention between the University of Pristina and the Ministry of Education. Koha Ditore reported yesterday how even though Pristina University “has been acting Pristina” is the autonomous public institution of higher education, the Senate. The UP's had to not approve the regulation for academic advancements last week, since they received such a request from Minister of Education, Science and Technology (MASHT), Shyqiri Bytyqi.
Through a request to Rector Marjan Dema, the minister has asked that UP's bodies not approve documents related to academic advances in the argument that the August is drafting an administrative guide that will address the issues of scientific work at the country level.
Such a reactor request has called intervention in the work of the University of Pristina and has said there is no information on the content of this administrative instruction.
Contacted by the newspaper, the minister has not responded to this request directed UP's, while his adviser, Valmir Gashi, has argued that this was done after August is finalising the directive that will deal with academic advancements.
