“In institutions from Article 1 paragraph (3) from this law in state power in the Republic of Macedonia along with Macedonian and its writing is the language that at least 20 percent speak from the citizens of the Republic of Macedonia and its writing to: communication, use and application in all procedures of citizens before all organs which make up state power (the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia, the President of the Republic of Macedonia, the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, the Government of Macedonia, the public prosecution, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Macedonia, the Public of Macedonia, the People of the Republic of Macedonia's Law, the Law, the Education, the Science, the Culture, the Law, the Police, the Law of Police, the Radio, the Executive Office, the Infraudicence, the Infraience, the EEctor, the State, the Public Department, the State and the State Department, the State Department.

The appointment of institutions, as well as all other institutions and their regional units in the local self-government unit, in which at least 20 per cent of citizens speak official languages different from Macedonian and Skopje, will be written in Macedonian and its Cyrillic and Albanian. The appointments will be of the same size and font, where appointment in Macedonian and writing in this language will be written first.

Bills and coins, as well as postal stamps, in accordance with the law, will contain symbols presenting cultural heritage of Macedonian-speaking citizens and its Cyrillic and Albanian-language writing. The same is true of stamps, checksheets, tax reports released by institutions, bills, banners.

In judicial, administrative, executive procedures, procedure for completing sanctions, investigative and preliminary procedures, criminal and counter-invasive procedures, conflicting and non-contacting procedures, as well as other procedures before courts, public prosecutors, as well as in all other bodies and institutions, Macedonian and Albanian are implemented. In procedures before notary, swimming documents and stamps will be provided in the Macedonian and Albanian language.

Police, fire and health units in Skopje and municipalities where 20 per cent Albanian live will also be bilingual.

Legal provisions predict citizens who speak different languages from Macedonian, who speak less than 20 percent from citizens of the Republic of Macedonia, to be printed in the language and writing that the citizen uses.

Citizens who speak different languages from Macedonian, who speak at least 20 percent of citizens of the Republic of Macedonia, in their request place personal name records on IDs and passports written in Macedonian and his Cyrillic script and citizen writing.

The hearings of the State Election Commission and Election Commissions in Skopje and local self-government units in which at least 20 percent of citizens speak official languages different from Macedonian, during the implementation of elections in the work and procedures of all commissions and other troops and institutions are equally exploited, used, and implemented by Macedonian language and its Cyrillic writing, and language spoken by at least 20 percent by its citizens and its writing.

Names of roads, squares, bridges, and other infrastructure objects in all local self-government units where at least 20 percent of citizens speak different languages from Macedonian, as well as in Skopje are written in Macedonian and its Cyrillic script, as well as in the language spoken by at least 20 percent by citizens and its writing, as well as the languages generally accepted by the international community.

At the border crossings of the Republic of Macedonia and airports located in the region where at least 20 percent of citizens speak different languages from Macedonian, the names of institutions, other writings, and guides are written in Macedonian and its Cyrillic writing, as well as in language spoken by at least 20 percent by citizens and their writing.

As stated in the clarification of the law, at least 20 percent of citizens speak it with the help of relief troops to support institutions are established in the implementation of the language<x1).
Additionally, the formation of the Inspectorate for the use of languages in the composition of the Ministry of Justice is predicted.

In the proposal, which is on the European flag, fines of between 4,000 and 5,000 euros were envisioned for the body, as well as all other institutions for disregarding provisions from this law.
The fine of 30 percent of the valued fine will also be pronounced to the official and person responsible for disrespecting the Law.

Deputy Prime Minister for European Affairs Bujar Osmani said he expects the Law for Language Exploitation to be found before MPs on 13 September and received support from all political parties.

Our “concerns are that it will be placed in order of days sometime on 13 September and we expect soon to be adopted because the law is on the European flag. The procedures here are defined. We expect and call on all political parties to vote positively for this law because we appreciate that in the best way, we will make great progress in the part of the Framework Agreement, which has been adopted and signed by all political parties, but we will also show the will for co-existence and acceptance of differences”, Deputy Prime Minister Bujar Osmani said, answering journalists' questions.
