He has said in KTV Express that the ceiling price set under contract for one megawatt is 80 euros.
“80 euros is the ceiling price. You can't go over it. If the price comes over 80 euros we have the right to get out of this contract. The real price should be set through certain criteria. We need to see exactly how much power plant construction will cost. The tender will now be opened and we will see the value of how much investment will be, and when we understand that we can calculate the price of electricity”, he said, adding that they can take different measures if this price is high so that it does not fall on citizens.
Various policies can be made. We could influence different tariffs”, he said further.
Luka has added that Kosovo will work on overhauling current thermal power plants so as not to lose any more energy flows. As for the filters, he has indicated that in Kosovo these air filters will be deployed in the next two years.
