Kurty, however, declared that while he was in prison, he heard news that he was waiting for his release to discuss the matter but not to resign.
“Day, we had the Chief Meeting and I hoped we could discuss it there. However, since I was released from prison, it seems that we have entered a new chapter in the phase of resignations”, Kurti said initially. “S first, Chairman Visar Ymeri, all at the end of his mandate and at the press conference resigned; second, Deputy Chairman Dardan Sejdiu, e-mailed exactly at 1300, when the chairmanship meeting began, resigned. ”
Vetevendosje Movement MP expressed surprise at the resignations of those who resigned from positions within the party.
When I was in prison, I heard news saying I was waiting for discussions. Now that I went out and waited for series of debates at meetings of our organs are listing resignations from those asking for discussion while I was in custody”, Kurti said.
During this week, from positions within the Vetevendosje Movement have resigned former Chairman Visar Ymer, former Deputy Chairman Dardan Sejdiu and members of the Albanian General Council, Pantina and Zgjim Hyseni.
