Justice Minister Speaks of Postwar Murders

Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri has asked Kosovo prosecutors and judges to release their jobs if they do not have the courage to do the job properly.

Tahiri for public television has said it will not allow cases like those yesterday's day to be treated with high seriousness and to receive epilogues.

Commenting on the statements of some who allegedly know who committed politically motivated murders, he has considered it serious and persecuted for public opinion.

He said he couldn't help but call the chief prosecutor, since, according to him, those statements should not remain untreated.

The justice minister has said he is preparing a request for the prosecution body that the alleged claims of two people yesterday's media day be given an answer.

We cannot allow the terror of citizens with such statements. No one's neglect should be allowed either, but those statements should get an epilogue as soon as we did”, Tahiri said. He stated that if there is courage to take concrete action, it must be removed from position.

“If we as governments and law enforcement institutions don't have the courage to take action, then the end of this year should not find us in these seats”, Tahiri said, who said he is very interested in whitewashing the post-war killings, offering that if legal changes are needed to be made for this process to be completed.
