Justice Minister nominated as political, initiative to break up Special Court

Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri has described it as a political initiative to try to break up the Special Court. “This is their political initiative and under no circumstances will I comment, but I am obliged to work comfort the laws that come out of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.” said Tahiri.
According to him, the decision to abolish or not the Special belongs to the deputies of Kovedi of the Republic of Kosovo.
“As regards the abolition of specials, this is an issue that belongs to those MPs who have requested it. I, as justice minister, worked with the current laws that are in effect, that is, with those constitutional changes and the adoption of the law on the functionality of specialised Chambers of the Special Court, as you call it.
The justice minister has completely added that any adoption of any law whatsoever he is, he is obliged to implement.
