National citizen Fatjon Carmeshtna, 35, resident of Shkodra, has fallen into prison.
His ban was made after during investigations conducted in co-operation with the Prosecutor of the Criminals Tirana has allegations based on legal evidence that this citizen is suspected as collaborators in the murder of citizen Samantha Sulaj.
The materials referred to the District Criminal Prosecutor of Tirana for the criminal work of “Murder in family relations, conducted in co-operation” envisioned by Article 79/c of the Penal Code.
The event took place on April 18, 2016. Samantha Sule was found lifeless in her furniture toilet, where she was co-owner with her husband.
Sadetin Sula stabbed his wife in another space of furniture and then put her in the bathroom, trying to make the event appear to be suicide.
But forensics expert conducted at the morgue in Shkodre's regional hospital dismissed doubts that the woman had ended her life.
The businessman continues to be in prison for killing his wife on charges of “suicide due to family relations”.
