In an editorial of the American ambassador, Greg Delaway, who has counted what is needed and what should not happen in Kosovo, the first has listed the abolition of the Special. He gave the whole priority at the beginning to the great opposition to the idea of abolishing the Special.
Greg Delaway has chosen to count to them what state leaders have to do in a year-on-year text to maintain their pro-unspective path.
As a priority, during this year, Delaway has considered giving up on the leaders' initiative to undo the specials he has called secret.
The first “should stop trying to change or annul the law authorising the Special Court”, the US diplomat in the editorial published on the official American Embassy page.
Even though state leaders do not see the risk of reporting with internationals abolishing the Special Court, Delawi does not say so.
The court's “Minating, which is vital to bringing justice to war crimes victims, would have profound consequences for Kosovo's European future and its relationship with the United States”, the editorial said.
