The foundation court in Pristina has found Dritton Hayzer and Korab Luljan, who had exhumed political analyst Petrit Zogaj.
Hayzer and Lulaj have been sentenced with fines worth 200 euros each, for the rowing they had made to Zogaj, following a debate in Info Magazine of Kosovo in May 2016, where they had debated the LGBT community, party chairman, Word, Gezim Kelmendi
Both convicts had feared and run, Zogajn, who, according to the court, caused a sense of great anxiety and uncertainty about life.
Birdaj after the court's act has indicated that this case should serve as a good example in showing that freedom of expression and action are guaranteed with constitutions and country laws, where threats are not tolerated
The court has done its job through this sentence, but what remains beyond Kosovo society is work and readiness
In this regard, Zogaj has announced:
During and after a debate in the Kosovo Clan in 2016 on the rights of the LGBTI community, I had received various threats. I must've put all those Jumps in the police. Today I took the sentence from the Constitutional Court in Pristina, this two of those dozens of Jumpers have been found guilty of the criminal offence. The penalty is a fine of 200 euros each. Very good. I believe these two people have learned the right lesson, though, for this kind of fines, the same ones are willing to dance every day.
