Ademi responds to Zgjim Hysen for saying Kurti denied the mayoral candidacy in Mitrovica

Last night in KTV's interactive, former Vetevendosje Movement activist Zgjim Hyseni has been invited, who addressed numerous criticisms against elected President Albin Kurti.

Hyseni, among other things, said it is hypocrisy by Kurti's men to say it is unfair to deny him to run for chairman, for according to him, it is Albin Kurti himself who has denied to others the running for head of branches.

He mentioned Fidan Ademi, who said Kurti has denied the right to run for head of the branch in Mitrovica.

If we talk about principle, then the principle doesn't know any proper names, even Albin Kurti. Even Mr. Kurt has told people that it is not good for them to run for head of the branch. He told Fidan Ademi not to run for head of the Mitrovica branch, that you are not the best, most appropriate person, etc. It's not something new and it hasn't happened. Those who claim to be unfair deny Mr. Kurti running knows very well how the Movement worked, so this is hypocrisy”, Hyseni said.

Time.net has contacted Fidan Ademi to learn whether this was true, and according to him, he has considered the possibility of running for head of the branch in Mitrovica, but once consulted with Kurti, he has been elected organizational secretary.

In the last domestic elections, I have considered the possibility of running for head-of-the-center, following the request of many activists. At a meeting with Mr. Albin Kurti, during consultations with him, has suggested that I become an organized secretary. As it is expressed at that time: We have options for the head of the centre, but for the organising secretary in Mitrovica we have no other than you “, Ademi said.

He added that domestic consultations at the VV are necessary for the functioning of an organisation and that everything has been consulted with Kurti, Moliqaj and Ymer.

I'm sure the decision about not running has been mine and I've been right about it just like any other activist. For every political act I've consulted with Albin, Dardan, Visari, and others! He then said that in Vetevendosje, not positions competitions, but work and sacrifice.
