Candidate of NISMAs for the mayor of Prizren has again commented on the statement of the British Ambassador to Pristina, which has said the Supreme Court allows the running of criminals in the October 22nd elections.

Berisha, after using vulgar vocabulary in his first reaction to Ambassador Ruairi O'Connell, in his second explanation says the media have misinterpreted the U.K. ambassador's statement in Kosovo.

The use and misinterpretation of public persons statements do not favor the media and do not serve their mission for fair information to citizens”, the deputy wrote NISMAs Facebook.

But just a few hours ago, the same Zafir Berisha, commenting on O'Connell's statement, used the most banal dictionary on him.

The ambassador of Great Britain to pay my balls or cock if you believe that the 140-euro fine makes you a criminal”, had declared angry Express Zafir Berisha.

“Topas or poop, which you'd rather put on”, he added.

But in his Facebook response, he apologizes for that. There is even an explanation of why it happened.

I believe that the media, citizens and others are aware that we're under the stress of the election campaign and that I apologize to all those who might be affected by a statement of mine”, writes the candidate NISMAs for mayor of Prizren.

Zafir Berisha, a few weeks ago, was decertified by the CEC after being sentenced to a 140-euro fine for illegally related electricity to a restaurant that is owned by him. He had complained to the Supreme Court, which brought him back to the race and 85 other candidates who were depressed in the same CEC decision.

The Supreme Court, on Wednesday, was sharply criticised for this country by British Ambassador to Pristina Ruairi O'Connell.

He has written in a conversation with his friends on Facebook that the Supreme with this decision has given criminals the right to participate in election lists and to run for mayors.

“The CEC has made a good decision on decertification in the beginning, and the Supreme Court has given criminals the right to run. It has been a little surprising, because the law has been clear that if anyone is convicted for certain crimes it is not allowed to run for elections”, the British ambassador has said.
