Metolli said he will no longer testify to this case, with the reasoning that the people who are in charge of this work are not the people he described to the police.
“ (I won't testify anymore) that you've taken anyone else, they haven't taken those who you communicate roughly what they have”, the witness said.
The Witness claimed that the persons he had seen riding a motorcycle after the attack were long.
It's just that the docks, I told you earlier; they're stupid, and it's not like this, that I've seen it myself”, Metoll said.
He then told what he saw at the moment of the attack.
“After noise, two people with the engine have walked up immediately”, he added. They're thick and they're wearing helmets and they've got ready hair, you know, they've got”
Next they testified to Retki Jashari and Korab Wessel, who was held accountable in court. Yasar and Wessel were in their jobs at the time of the attack on the Assembly. They both said they heard only one crack.
I heard a crack, I went out in about 10 seconds to look out and I didn't see anything. I've never seen anyone, nor any” vehicle, Vessel said.
After the hearing, Tome Gashi, Frashir Krasniqi's lawyer, said the defence today has accepted a test from the US FBI, which according to Gashi shows that none of the accused were close to the Parliament when the attack occurred.
